Online Sessions

Sessions are no less effective online! So many people find this is a preferable option. Sessions are held via Zoom and access to good WIFI is essential.

Sessions work best in a quiet space at home where you won’t be disturbed for around an hour.

For Hypnotherapy most people find comfortable clothes, and the option of a sleep mask or curtain to block out light increase their relaxation in the sessions.

For health coaching just being somewhere private and comfortable is often enough.
